Our Strength & Conditioning program is offered to all adaptive athletes across the country with in-person camps and online options available. The goal of our strength and conditioning program is to develop and organize individualized athlete training that is tailored to their sport, ability, skill level and progression goals.

This athlete centered, coach driven, model encourages a holistic approach to training through collaboration with sports science, nutrition, and psychology.

The foundation of training begins by establishing key performance indicators and addressing individual risk factors to create resilient strong athletes. Through the constant assessment of your personal goals, you and the strength and conditioning coach can monitor progress and indicators to achieve peak performance.

Our training plans include:

 · Initial Consultation: A one-on-one meeting/ assessment with our Strength and Conditioning coach to discuss your training needs and experience. 

· Training Program Design: Our Strength and Conditioning coach will customize a training plan based on your individual performance Indicators and goals. 

· Check-in: Our Strength and Conditioning coach will check in regularly to see how the plan is progressing and if changes need to be made.  

· Education: Expand your knowledge of performance optimization with up to date information on nutrition, science, innovations and other sports related information posted to our online resource library.

· CoachMePlus: You will receive a personal profile on WWAR’s CoachMePlus account. The system allows for instant access to your workout plans and secure communication between you and our Strength and Conditioning coach

· Community: As part of the program, you will have access to a community group of athletes to share experiences and knowledge

· Camps: Regular In-person camps will be held at our facility, encouraging a concentrated focus on developing Strength and body conditioning for maximizing your full potential, both on and off of the court.
